Far away, Far Out Fast Food

This is beyond belief to me. Some of the fast food resturants are now using a call center to take your orders. People in the drive thru in Honolulu placing their order are talking to someone in California. In the 10 seconds that it takes for the next car to pull up and order, the call center operator can take an order for someone in Florida.
